Project 1: Tyre Derived Fuel (TDF) Processing

Reducing Landfill Waste & Powering Industry
Millions of scrap tyres end up in Australian landfills every year, creating severe environmental hazards. To combat this, we have invested in state-of-the-art tyre recycling infrastructure. Our on-site tyre shredding machinery actively separates steel from rubber, processing derelict tyres into granulated crumb rubber. This processed material is then repurposed and sold as Tyre Derived Fuel (TDF), a highly efficient alternative energy source used to power industrial kilns and manufacturing plants.

Project 2: Automotive Plastics & Polymer Recovery

Giving Car Plastics a Second Life
Modern vehicles are made with up to 20% plastic. Rather than allowing these synthetic polymers to sit in a junkyard for centuries, our facility has launched a dedicated plastics recovery project. We actively dismantle, separate, and granulate automotive plastics—specifically Polypropylene (PP). By ensuring high chemical purity during the shredding process, we are able to supply recycled PP back to the local and export manufacturing markets, closing the loop on plastic waste.

Project 3: Hazardous Fluid & Fluorocarbon Extraction

Protecting Victoria’s Waterways and Atmosphere
Before any vehicle is dismantled or crushed, it goes through our strict hazardous materials extraction phase. Our trained engineers and technicians utilize advanced fluid recovery systems to safely drain, separate, and store toxic automotive fluids, including engine oils, coolants, and brake fluids. Furthermore, we employ specialized pressurization protocols to safely extract and contain fluorocarbon air-conditioning gases (such as R134a), ensuring zero toxic emissions are released into the atmosphere.

Project 4: Sustainable Parts Salvage & Export

Keeping Australia Running
Our core daily project is the systematic salvaging of viable automotive parts from every damaged car and scrap vehicle we process. Every complete vehicle brought into our yard is assessed for reusable components. Good quality engines, transmissions, and panels are cleaned, tested, and catalogued for local resale or exported overseas. By providing high-quality second-hand parts to the market, we drastically reduce the energy and carbon footprint required to manufacture brand-new replacement parts.
